So it is a little hard to explain without looking at my MRI,but the disc has basically pushed itself out of its proper location, and is doing its own merry thing up and down my spine.
Dr Chekka said that by just looking at my MRI,he thought this person must be in a lot of pain, but seeing me walking and trepsing around,he was pretty surprised...
We decided NOT to get a 3rd injection, because it really would not be doing any good,if the first and second ones did not work...physical therapy would only strengthen my spine, but would not push the lose disc back into its place....so the only option is surgery....
I made an appointment with Dr.Rosenow, but the good doctor is a very busy man (always a good sign...) and will not be able to see me for a consult until May 3rd....
For the time being,I have been put on Lyrica,a powerful pain drug....
and the saga of the travelling disc shall continue...
Today I had my follow up with the lovely Dr.Ramirez for my herniated disc, and we had a great conversation.

I went for my second epidural injection yesterday with Dr. Chekka....
Vincent had a little misshap with the bright blue pj's...so

I will let these photos speak for themselves......

Dieudone and Alaintje have found new seats in the house!
I have been cooking, using Jamie Oliver's recipes lately (Oh so good!) and Vincent made us Jamie's version of pork chops.....Heerlijk!

Today,we were looking for some footstools for the red couch at the pink elephant....and look at what we ran into....this absolutely beautiful chaise longue.....we bought it on the spot (it was only $175!) and ran home to get the big black chariot (as I can not really carry anything heavy) and we rolled it home!.....

Taking a few photos of our family....Me,Dieudone (on daddy's coat...) and daddy and Alaintje,on his new favorite spot...the couch!
