I recently bought a griddle and a panini press,and have been going nuts whilst Vincent went to Amsterdam,making panini's and experimenting with pancakes....and this is the best pancake EVER!
1.Bob' Redmill whole wheat pancake mix
2.1 egg
3.little bit of oil
4.sharp cheddar cheese
5.bacon
6.Mrs Butterworth syrup....
Yum!
